 Joel T. Ayala OTR/L, CDI, DRS is an occupational therapist and driver rehabilitation specialist who earned his bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Saginaw Valley State University in 1995.  He has worked in a variety of outpatient rehab settings including community mental health, physical disabilities, neuro rehabilitation, return to work, functional capacity assessments, and driver’s rehabilitation.  He is a father of two daughters and grandfather to two grandsons.  He has lived in Traverse City Michigan for over 25 years 

Douglas R. Albright OTR/L is an occupational therapist with 17 years of experience.  He received a master's degree in occupational therapy from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 2009.  He has experience practicing in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient neuro rehabilitation  , home care and home accessibility assessments, worksite assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and driver's rehabilitation. He has lived in Traverse City for 15 years. When he is not working as an occupational therapist he enjoys performing music as a bass player. He also loves animals and spending time outdoors.
